Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years manufacturing experience
• 5+ years machine operating experience
• Ability to read and write numbers
• Good computer knowledge and skills

Responsabilidades

• Hone and operate all Honing machines
• Expert knowledge of honing machine
• Monitor the production flow and general workflow of your area
• Ensure all procedures and standard work are being followed consistently and correctly
• Read honing set up instructions and set up machine accordingly
• Monitor employees for safe operations and ensure all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is worn correctly
• Communicate with your supervisor on a regular basis; report any issues that may arise immediately
• Hone a variety of parts and valves including blindhole, throughhole, strait finish
• Ensure machines always have 2 jobs
• Read target area control tolerance
• Read drawings and blueprints
