Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of automotive or related mechanical experience preferred.
• Basic automotive repair and maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to safely operate power and hand tools.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the dealership.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections to identify safety concerns and visible defects.
• Test-drive vehicles to evaluate steering, brakes, transmission, and engine performance.
• Diagnose and complete basic mechanical repairs and adjustments.
• Install and repair vehicle accessories and equipment as needed.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure vehicles meet dealership standards.
• Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect vehicle surfaces for chips, scratches, and other cosmetic concerns.
• Install customer-requested accessories and optional equipment.
• Assist with minor and major mechanical repairs under supervision and training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures at all times.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, with every other Saturday. Closed Sundays.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of automotive or related mechanical experience preferred

• Ability to read and follow written instructions
