Keeler Motor Car Company in Latham, NY is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. You will greet customers, assess service needs, prepare estimates, and communicate repair plans with transparency.

The role offers a full-time schedule, a 9-hour workday with a 1-hour lunch, and every 3rd Saturday. Compensation includes salary plus commission, with average earnings of $115,000+ after acclimation, plus training and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive service or repair experience preferred.
• Dealership, sales, hospitality, or consultative customer service experience a plus.
• Experience with dealership software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and understand their service needs.
• Document concerns, prepare estimates, and communicate repair recommendations.
• Provide updates on repair status and expected completion times.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and management.
• Accurately manage repair orders and loaner agreements.
• Review completed repairs and invoices with customers.
• Perform vehicle walkarounds, inspections, and test drives.
• Address customer concerns and provide excellent service.
• Build lasting customer relationships and support customer retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Meet individual and department performance goals.

Our dealership serves as the main resource for the highly popular and luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles across the Capital Region.
