Job summary

White's Auto Mall Honda seeks a Sales Manager to lead a busy, growing sales department in Kentucky. The ideal candidate has a strong used car background and proven leadership, communication, and motivation skills to work closely with upper management and staff to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include training the sales team, closing deals, desk deals, CRM management, prospecting new customers, inventory control, pricing, and marketing across direct and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Must have prior sales experience and strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service ability and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with inventory control and pricing practices.
• Proficient use of CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong used car background, be an experienced leader with exceptional communication skills, as they will work closely with upper management as well as the sales associates to ensure the business needs are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Desk deals, Work the CRM, Prospect for new customers,
• Inventory Management
• Vehicle pricing
• Inventory Marketing - direct, digital, etc.
• Help manage all other aspects of a sales department

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior sales experience required
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Office, CRM)
• Exhibit a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment in a team setting
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
