Job summary

White's Auto Mall Honda in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a busy sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong used car background and proven leadership, communicating effectively with upper management and sales staff to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, desk deals, CRM management, pricing, inventory marketing, and overall department operations.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience required.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Office, CRM).
• Exhibit a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.

REQUIREMENTS:
