Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Basic automotive knowledge; experience with shop equipment preferred (wheel/tire tools, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, AC equipment).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks.
• Inspect vehicles to identify needed repairs or maintenance.
• Document all services accurately per company standards.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Explain repair recommendations clearly to customers.
• Stay current with automotive tech, tools, and repairs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform minor repairs (air filters, wiper blades, bulbs).
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
