Tom Wood Nissan is seeking an Express Technician to join our service team. The role focuses on delivering fast, reliable maintenance and repair services to customers while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualified candidates will have basic automotive knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license. You will participate in ongoing training and be part of a collaborative shop environment that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Basic automotive knowledge; experience with shop equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Accurately document all services performed in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
• Complete minor repairs such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
