Job summary

Qualifications

• High CSI is a must.
• ASE or manufacturing training, Honda Brand experience.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Manual dexterity.
• Good judgment.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Supervise the work of apprentice technicians as assigned.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes and stay current with bulletins.
• Keep shop area neat and ensure dealership-owned tools are accounted for.
• Road-test vehicles when required and ensure customer vehicles are not used for personal errands.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.
