Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a night-shift production worker. You will operate forklifts and cranes, move logs, stamp and color-code logs, perform ultrasonic testing, monitor furnaces and homogenizers, and maintain related records to ensure quality and safety.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and basic English. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $1 shift premium on top of the starting pay.

• Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English.
• Must be able to use and maintain all basic tools and measuring equipment pertinent to the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and cranes.
• Move logs into the log yard as required, keeping log yard organized and segregated.
• Stamp and color-code logs properly to ensure correct identification and alloy segregation.
• Performs ultrasonic testing to detect cracks in logs.
• Monitor the furnaces to ensure that homogenizer cycles are carried out correctly.
• Maintain furnace, homogenizer, and casting records.

Starting Rate of pay: $21.89/Hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

Night Shift

5:45 PM to 6:15 AM

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

What you will be doing
