Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC is seeking an experienced sales-oriented professional to lead sales, leasing, and marketing across manufactured home communities in the Asheboro/Ramseur area. The role offers base pay plus lease and sales commissions, with a strong training program and comprehensive benefits.

You will drive conversions, manage a robust pipeline, and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results while building lasting community impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional sales experience in real estate, retail, hospitality or similar.
• Experience using a CRM to manage prospects from lead-to-close is highly preferred.
• Experience with marketing software platforms to drive customer traffic is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Market, sell, and lease homes within assigned communities in the region.
• Generate and manage leads to build a healthy prospect pipeline.
• Drive prospecting, campaigns, events, and open houses to boost sales and leasing.
• Show homes and highlight features to match prospective buyers or lessees with communities.
• Maintain brand image and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing standards.
• Oversee closings and CRM updates, including payment plans and credit checks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on sales, leasing, and marketing plans.
