Job summary

Habitat Metro Denver is looking for a Homebuyer Intake and Lending Manager to lead the homebuyer intake, guide functions, and supervise staff. You will also manage complex applications, buyer pathways, and lending activities to ensure program success.

The role includes limited loan origination duties, supporting continuity of service for partner families, and collaborating with multiple departments to improve the homeownership process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate energy and passion for Habitat’s mission, values, and integrity in all aspects of the position.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members, volunteers, and housing clients.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, databases, and the Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the active pipeline of homebuyer applications and assess income, assets, debt and credit to determine eligibility.
• Ensure files meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, and identify process improvements.
• Lead coordination with housing programs, lending, grants and construction to align timelines and requirements.
• Support loan origination activities and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
