Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Williamson-Maury (HFHWM) seeks an Office & Homeowner Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the organization, providing administrative, operational, and homeowner services support. This role serves as the central hub for office operations and assists staff and leadership while supporting the homeowner journey from application to post-closing.

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships, and help navigate the homeowner process

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
Two or more years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, customer service, financial services, banking, real estate, nonprofit administration, or program coordination.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing information about Habitat's programs and services.
Coordinate office maintenance, calendar management, and internal communications to support daily operations.
Maintain homeowner records from application through post-closing, ensuring compliance with policies and underwriting guidelines.
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and assist with audits, grant monitoring, and reporting.
