Responsibilities

• Research and resolve homeowner issues using our internal mortgage servicing system.
• Track and document all homeowner communications.
• Promote products and services with a focus on homeowner satisfaction.
• Compile lists of delinquent accounts and locate homeowners using credit bureau information and loan documents.
• Listen to homeowners and determine if past-due payments can be collected.
• Collect payments or set up repayment plans and update records when loans are current.
• Other duties as assigned.
