Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, telemarketing, sales, or marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners by telephone using a provided script.
• Schedule qualified appointments for free in-home consultations.
• Answer inbound calls from marketing campaigns and advertisements.
• Adjust conversations to meet individual homeowner needs.
• Handle questions and objections professionally.
• Gather and verify homeowner information (names, phone numbers, addresses, project details).
• Enter appointment and customer information into company systems accurately.
• Confirm appointments set by canvassers or marketing staff.
• Perform quality-control follow-up calls when necessary.
• Maintain accurate lead records and daily activity reports.
• Follow up with homeowners regarding previously scheduled consultations.
• Support sales and marketing teams with effective communication and lead management.
