Job summary

Credent Care LLC in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a dedicated Homemaker to support clients in their homes, performing light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation coordination as needed. This role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and collaboration with a care team to ensure comfort and safety.

You will document daily activities, coordinate with family and caregivers, and help maintain a clean, safe living environment while upholding dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certifications).
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health concerns, or related populations preferred.
• Compassionate, person-centered care and support.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Documentation of services accurately; maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes.
• Monitor overall cleanliness and tidiness of the home environment.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standard within the home.
• Assist in managing household activities such as arranging transportation, meal preparation, and shopping for groceries, clothing, and household supplies.
• Provide support with simple household repairs and maintenance tasks.
