Job summary

Credent Care LLC seeks a dedicated Homemaker to support individuals in their homes. You will perform housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and transportation planning to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment. Collaboration with care teams ensures holistic support and timely documentation of daily activities.

Qualified candidates show compassion, reliability, and strong communication. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certifications).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health concerns preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care and support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and auto liability insurance.
• Physical ability to assist individuals with mobility and daily tasks as required.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• 18 years or older.
