BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Homemaker / Personal Care Caregivers to support clients in their own homes across the North Shore area. Earn $22/hour with flexible schedules and short commutes designed to fit your life, while joining a team committed to compassionate, high‑quality home health care.

We provide a positive work environment, scholarship programs, paid time off, and on‑call clinical manager support to assist you in delivering reliable care at the local level.

Formación

• At least one year of verifiable work experience (preferably in a healthcare related field).

Responsabilidades

• Perform light homemaking tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and food shopping.
• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with maintaining a safe home environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Range of motion / exercises and transfers as trained.
• Medication assistance as needed.

Qualifications for Homemaker / Personal Care Caregivers

• Have at least one year of verifiable work experience preferably in a healthcare related field (but not required).

Job Responsibilities for Homemakers

• Perform light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, and food shopping.
• Provide companionship
• Assist with maintenance of a safe physical environment

Job Responsibilities for Personal Care Caregivers (Post-Training)

• Activities of daily living
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
