BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Homemaker / Companion to support seniors in the Framingham area.

In this slower paced home care setting, you will build 1 on 1 relationships with regular clients and provide the Helping Hands that help clients live safely at home with comfort, independence and dignity. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay at $21/hr, mileage reimbursement and development opportunities including LPN/RN residencies.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of verifiable work experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to multiple clients daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform light homemaking tasks including laundry, meal prep, and shopping.
• Provide companionship to clients.
• Maintain a safe living environment for clients.

Qualifications for Homemaker / Companion:

• Have at least one year of verifiable work experience
• Must have reliable transportation in order to commute to multiple clients a day and run errands for clients (ie: grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, etc.,)

Job Responsibilities for Homemaker / Companion:

• Perform light homemaking assistance, including help with personal laundry, meal preparation, and food shopping.
• Provide companionship
• Assist with maintenance of a safe physical environment
