Job summary
Harmar Mobility is seeking a Homelift Technical Installer to install, service, and support our homelift systems, delivering hands-on training and expert troubleshooting to dealer partners and customers.
This role requires regular travel, on-site visits in Sarasota, FL, and virtual sessions to ensure dealers are fully equipped. You will explain complex concepts clearly, read schematics, and apply safety standards across electrical and mechanical systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role with technical products is preferred.
- Associate degree or trade certification or 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply; strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions in Sarasota, FL, virtually, or at dealer locations.
- Provide phone and email support for installation, service, and product questions.
- Lead facility and field training for homelifts and elevator products.
- Create sales orders and process return material authorizations for parts.
