Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or two years post high school in a human services field with two years relevant experience.
• Experience (paid or volunteer) with community organizations serving adults who are homeless or with substance use.
• Client-focused with understanding of needs of persons with serious mental illness and substance use.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized instruction and supports in the community for housing stability and recovery goals.
• Engage homeless individuals with mental illness in shelters and other local sites.
• Assist in transition planning, discharge processes, and follow-up services.
• Help clients understand rent, utilities, transportation, and community resources.
