Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• One year of professional work experience.
• Completion of required state-mandated training and certifications.
• Ability to complete tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Availability to respond quickly to client emergencies.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and Nurse Delegation training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care tasks as outlined in care plans.
• Guide and assist Homecare Aides with client needs (personal care, bathing, transfers, etc.).
• Facilitate communication between client, Homecare Aide, and Homecare Supervisor.
• Communicate client changes to Supervisors promptly.
• Serve as on-site problem-solver for Homecare Aide and client.
• Participate in team meetings and clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of all client information.
