Job summary

Full Life Care in Everett, WA is seeking a Home Caregiver to assist adults in their own homes across Everett and North Seattle.

You will help with daily living activities, meal prep, personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed while encouraging independence.

We provide paid training and certifications, medical/dental/vision benefits for 20+ hours weekly, and a supportive, not-for-profit team. Must be 18+ and pass background screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must read, write, and take direction in English.
• Background screen and pre-employment checks required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in their homes by assisting with daily living activities.
• Meal preparation, personal care, shopping, and light housework.
• Encourage independence and monitor client condition for changes.
• Complete training and certification programs.
