Job summary

Ho’okele Homecare is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Honolulu to oversee hourly and task-based scheduling, lead the scheduling team, and ensure timely, reliable coverage by matching caregiver skills, availability and location to client needs.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, problem solving, and a customer-service mindset, with on-call availability and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service experience and enjoys working with people.
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience, preferably in scheduling or healthcare.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential.
• Two years of healthcare-related experience and home care scheduling experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the scheduling function and staff.
• Coordinate caregiver availability, skills, and location with client needs.
• Address scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes promptly.
• Support payroll and billing accuracy through visit verification.
