Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one homecare for an adult patient in the Springfield, MA area. Overnight shifts on Mondays, Fridays, every other Thursday, and alternating weekends are available.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with weekly pay, and onboarding bonuses to start. New graduates are encouraged to apply. A Massachusetts RN license, current BLS, and health certificate are required; homecare

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• Homecare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
• Monitor and document physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to support nursing care.
• Provide compassionate one‑on‑one nursing care in the home setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Perform other RN duties as assigned.

Pay: $48-$53/hr DOE + $2/hr Night & Weekend Differential

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one‑on‑one homecare services for an adult patient in Springfield, MA. We are currently hiring for overnight shifts on Mondays, Fridays, every other Thursday, and alternating weekends.
