Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients in the Holyoke, MA area. Flexible scheduling with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem, and weekly pay.

Position includes onboarding bonus up to $300, night & weekend differential, and training programs to support skills advancement in areas like G‑Tube, Trach, and Vent care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in MA is required.
• Health certificate required per facility.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
• Monitor and document physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide compassionate one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Perform other RN duties as assigned.

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one‑on‑one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients in the Holyoke, MA area. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with patients across a variety of acuity levels in the comfort of their homes.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior homecare experience is required.
