Maxim Healthcare invites a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one adult homecare in the Harleysville area. Overnight 12-hour shifts are available with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.

The role offers competitive pay of $46–$48 per hour and weekly pay, supporting a consistent schedule and clinical collaboration with an experienced team. A PA RN license and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Homecare, trach/vent, pediatric, or critical care experience is a plus.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a homecare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to an adult patient in the home environment.
• Complete patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Follow and update the patient care plan as needed.
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Deliver patient and family education.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
