Neil Kelly Company Inc. is seeking a HomeCare Project Operations Specialist in Portland, OR. The role centers on coordinating client communication, scheduling technicians, and managing materials and documentation to ensure smooth project closeout.

This position acts as the operational hub for HomeCare Service, anticipating needs, keeping work moving, and resolving issues early to reassure clients that their home projects are in capable hands.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating residential construction, remodeling, field service, warranty, or property maintenance operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to guide conversations toward clear next steps.
• Calm, helpful, and solution-focused when circumstances change.
• Detail-oriented with reliable follow-through.
• Experience with technology and software in operations management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact from intake to project completion.
• Coordinate technician scheduling to optimize capacity and efficiency.
• Prepare technicians with complete information before each service.
• Update clients on schedule changes and service expectations.
• Maintain accurate JobTread records and coordinate materials.
• Assist with warranty and service concerns with urgency and care.
• Identify opportunities to propose additional Neil Kelly services when appropriate.
• Support continuous improvement in processes and client care.
