Job summary

Mount Carmel Home Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality home-based therapy in Columbus. You’ll assess, treat, and coach patients to regain mobility and independence using advanced technology and evidence-based practices.

You’ll work autonomously within a collaborative multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, social workers, and home health aides. The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits from day one, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with progressive experience or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
• Working knowledge of home health Conditions of Participation preferred.
• Home healthcare experience is a plus; current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Minimum Qualifications
