Care Options for Kids in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home health care. You will deliver skilled nursing care in the child’s home, coordinate with an RN, and follow individualized plans of care.

This role emphasizes safety, CDC guidelines, PPE, and opportunities for professional growth through CEU credits, training, and a preceptor program.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person).
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed).
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Work with RN and clinical leadership to follow plans of care.
• Deliver care with safety and CDC-aligned protocols.
• Maintain professional and compassionate patient relationships.
