The Role: HomeCare Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN)
The Opportunity:
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus potential for nurses with at least 1 year of RN experience (New MGH hires only. Rehires within 1 year are not eligible. Bonus is paid out in 3 increments.)

MaineGeneral Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HomeCare South Team as a Case Manager.
This position is 32 or 40 hours per week (candidate’s choice at hire), with limited on-call, weekend, and holiday rotation.
You would be based out of Augusta, but staff must be flexible to work in/travel to areas surrounding the South Team’s territory (Greater Augusta).
