Job summary

Stonehill Communities in Dubuque County seeks a Home Care Caregiver to visit clients at their homes for personal care and daily living activities. You will observe and document client needs, perform baths and hygiene tasks, and assist with meals and transportation to appointments.

The role emphasizes safety, continuity of care, and compassionate support in a community setting. Shifts are overnight, with a flexible part-time schedule (20-59 hours per pay period) including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Has empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail or impaired.

• Must possess a Valid Driver's License and proof of car insurance.

Description

As a Home Care Caregiver, you will be reporting to assigned clients homes in and around Dubuque County. Where you will be responsible for observing clients, reporting and recording these observations and documenting the services provided. Providing personal care including, baths/showers, or other personal hygiene tasks. Planning and preparing nutritious meals. Assisting residents to and from appointments, or other errands. The Home Care Caregiver will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of services.

Minimum Qualifications:
