Job summary

Abcor Home Health, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers in Illinois to assist with daily living activities and mobility support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1 year caregiving experience.
• Willing to pass a criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver''s license and auto insurance; access to a reliable car.
• Completes pre-service training (24 hours).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal prep.
• Light housekeeping as needed.
• Transport and escort clients to medical appointments and social outings.
• Provide personalized services per the client''s care plan.
• Report changes in client condition to the branch supervisor promptly.
• Complete visits and document daily tasks in the home care app.
• Submit receipts/documentation for essential shopping/errands.
• Attend annual in-service training (12 hours) and quarterly supervisor conferences.
