Job summary

Empire Homes is seeking a Sales Associate in Chattanooga, TN, to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and support the Sales Manager with administrative and sales tasks. This on-site role requires communication, CRM/ERP fluency, and a willingness to learn new systems. Weekend availability may be required.

You’ll represent Empire Homes across communities, support contract processing, and help marketing collateral while maintaining showroom standards and client communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, maintaining databases, and managing internal and external communications.
• Experience with CRM and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct and greet prospective customers and provide tours of model homes; enter walk-in traffic into CRM the same day.
• Assist Sales Consultants with follow-up and processing contracts.
• Support marketing collateral including price sheets, MLS, and website content for communities.
• Maintain Sales Centers, Show Homes, and Models appearance and presentation.
