Job summary

Stylecraft is seeking a Purchasing Agent in Texas to help ensure our teams have the materials, pricing, and partnerships needed to build high‑quality homes. The role emphasizes relationship building with vendors and trade partners, strategic sourcing, and cost management to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will collaborate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Construction teams, conduct site walks, and help improve processes across the purchasing function.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of purchasing/homebuilding related experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction, or related field with 2+ years of relevant purchasing experience

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials balancing quality, value, and efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and trade partners
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize value
• Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Construction teams
• Conduct site visits and review product offerings to improve processes
