Qualifications

• Residential production building experience required.
• 2+ years of field management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency for job costing, payroll, and vendor communications.
• College degree or related professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial oversight of home construction from breaking ground to completion.
• Build relationships with homeowners through communication, meetings, and walkthroughs.
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage 30+ subcontractors and ensure quality and safety.
• Work closely with Sales, Warranty, and Office Team to deliver a seamless building and closing experience.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and organized job site.
• Monitor budgets and prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
