Zusammenfassung

NVR, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead the division, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of homes and exceptional customer experience. You will work under the Division Manager to guide strategic decisions and uphold NVR’s best-in-class reputation.

You will oversee costs, schedules, sales contracts, subcontractor coordination, and division culture, while collaborating with government and inspection entities to ensure compliance and success.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year college degree required.
• Business unit leadership experience with P&L management.
• Effective team management capabilities.
• MBA is a plus.
• Homebuilding experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor product costs and long-term customer service issues.
• Manage long and short-range schedules to meet contracted dates and support the division’s sales settlement objectives.
• Ensure completed houses are delivered to customers and service complaints are handled promptly and effectively.
• Manage the full sales function and approve all contracts.
• Secure and coordinate sub-contractors.
• Recruit and maintain division culture, morale, and loyalty.
• Effectively manage relationships with local government and inspection entities.
• Recommend and interpret product planning, marketing, cost establishment, land acquisition, and financing management policies, procedures, and guidelines to the Division Manager.
