Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) is seeking candidates for our manufacturing teams to help produce quality homes in a safety‑driven environment. You will follow OSHA guidelines, support team leaders, and help maintain clean, organized work areas while contributing to productivity goals.

We value versatility, clear communication, and the ability to read architectural drawings. This is a full‑time position with benefits, located in our Texas manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication is required.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to quality standards while achieving productivity objectives.
• Serve as a good steward of the company’s assets, protecting them from damage, reporting maintenance, and keeping areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan and organize manufacturing activities, communicating shortages, maintenance needs, and quality issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
