Clayton Manufacturing is seeking motivated Production Team Members to support efficient home-building operations. You will follow production methods, work safely, and collaborate with a team to meet quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include adhering to OSHA regulations, communicating material needs, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while supporting company asset stewardship. A willingness to transfer across departments is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 lbs; physically capable of required duties.
• Able to communicate clearly with Team Members and supervisors.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings is highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety practices to meet OSHA regulations and maintain safe production.
• Work in a team to produce products that meet quality standards and productivity goals.
• Act as steward of company assets; keep area clean and report maintenance needs.
• Assist planning by communicating material shortages, tool maintenance needs, and quality issues.
• Meet attendance requirements and be available for start of shift as scheduled.
