Job summary

RogueSearch is hiring an experienced real estate sales professional to sell new construction homes across Baldwin County, AL. You will partner with the realtor community, execute a business plan, and drive conversions for a Fortune 500 homebuilder.

Expect a 2% commission on each sale, with a six-figure income minimum, plus paid training, medical benefits, PTO and 401k match. Weekend work may be required to meet buyer demand.

Qualifications

• Current Real Estate License or actively pursuing one.
• Proven quota-based sales experience preferred.
• B2B sales and realtor/broker experience are a plus.
• Experience in retail, service, or leasing industries is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends with two days off in the week.

Responsibilities

• Drive traffic and follow up with leads; coordinate and host events.
• Tour prospects through home communities and explain layout, lots, and boundaries.
• Sell the benefits of the community and the company brand value to buyers.
• Explain the home buying process and administer sales contracts.
• Follow up to ensure successful closings and manage post-sale communication.
• Drive Realtor sales through relationship selling.
