D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to train in managing the entire sales process, from first interaction to escrow close. You will greet visitors, demonstrate models, overcome objections, and document transactions while coordinating loan progress and construction updates.

The role emphasizes professional customer service, driving with a valid license, and using DRH Sales apps on multiple devices as part of a dynamic, Fortune 500 company environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive day or night.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on phone/tablet/laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites.
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale.
• Document the transaction.
• Track progress of loan, options and construction.
• Respond to customer requests for information.
• Document any cancellations.
• Maintain all lot files/sales files.
• Monitor models and sales office for disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc.
• Develop rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure quality standards.
