Job summary

Onward Education is seeking a full-time, in-person Special Education Teacher to support an elementary program in Buckeye County, Arizona for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work on-site in resource rooms, collaborating with general education staff to support students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral goals.

The role requires active Special Education certification (Arizona permit acceptable) and experience with IEP development and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and service delivery best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication with students, families, and school teams.

Position Details:

Qualifications:

• Special Education teaching experience (resource room experience preferred).
• Active Special Education teaching certification (or ability to obtain in Arizona).
• Knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and service delivery best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and school teams.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet district/state onboarding requirements.
