Job summary

Milaca Public Schools seeks an Elementary Teacher / Special Education Teacher for homebound instruction. The teacher will support a special education student, delivering six hours per week at $32 per hour, in the home of the student under principal supervision.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in elementary education or a related field and MN teaching licensure in Elementary Education or Special Education. Preferred is experience in elementary settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in elementary education or related field.
• MN Teaching License in Elementary Education or Special Education.

Responsibilities

• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with district goals.
• Administers elementary curriculum and facilitates small-group instruction.
• Ensures safe, conducive learning environment and supports student progress.
• Addresses student needs and communicates progress to parents and admin.
• Maintains accurate records of grades, attendance, and assessments.
• Requisitions supplies and maintains inventory as required by district.
• Collaborates with staff, participates in meetings, and supports school initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned by principal or district administrators.
