Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is hiring a Night Auditor for our Home2 Suites By Hilton Rosenberg Sugar Land Area in Richmond. You will handle overnight check-ins, balance ledgers, and produce daily reports while collaborating with other departments to maintain service excellence during the night shift.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and about 1 year in hospitality; supervisory experience is a plus. Windows, Excel, and POS systems are part of the daily toolkit.

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Balance the books and finalize transactions; ensure accuracy of every entry.
• Conduct routine security walks to keep the property safe.
• Prepare Daily Flash Report and other management reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth during night hours.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to solve problems.

Key Skills/Responsibilities

• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You’re the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch—even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you’re fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs—and you’ve got a knack for solving problems solo—you’ll fit right in.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
