Lutheran Community Services NW is seeking a Home Visitor to support families through intensive home visiting and community-based services in Lakeview, OR. You will work with a Relief Nursery team to provide parenting information, resources, and crisis support, with strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and trauma-informed care.

The role requires 37.5 hours per week, occasional evening hours, and collaboration with partners to ensure child safety and family stability.

Competenze

• 21+ years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of experience with families at risk.
• Bachelor’s or higher in early childhood or related field; credentials may vary by program/location.

Mansioni

• Maintain a caseload of 15–20 families with complete documentation.
• Provide home visits, group facilitation, and respite opportunities as needed.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to keep children safe and families together.
• Transport families if needed using agency vehicle and valid license.
