Job summary

Parents and Children Together in Honolulu, HI, seeks a Hoomau Home Visiting Program Supervisor to lead child abuse prevention services for families with children birth to 3. The role oversees home visits, health education, and community involvement, reporting to the Assistant Program Director.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or Bachelor's in a related field with supervisory experience and a solid background in social services. Hybrid schedule in Honolulu with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with 2+ years in social services, psychology, counseling, or nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years in social services, psychology, counseling, or nursing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in health or human services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of child abuse prevention services to high-risk families with 0–3-year-olds.
• Provide leadership and clinical oversight to program staff and supervise staff assigned to this role.
• Carry a partial caseload and provide direct services as a Parent Educator when needed.
• Ensure program compliance with funders’ standards and timely reporting.
• Review and approve intakes and assign Parent Educator tasks.
• Develop relationships with funders, state agencies, and partner networks; attend trainings.
• Root program practices in current best-practice principles and ensure program quality.
