Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (T-MIECHV) program. This role focuses on supporting families with young children and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based home visiting services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development and a passion for working with low-income families. Responsibilities include program planning, staff supervision, and compliance with grant requirements.

Education and Experience:
The Program Coordinator will lead the Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (T-MIECHV) program, funded through the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). This program is designed to support the health, well-being, and development of families with young children (prenatal to age five), with a focus on families experiencing economic hardship and other risk factors.
The coordinator will oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, culturally responsive, and evidence‑based home visiting services. This role includes program planning and development, staff supervision, team leadership, budget creation and monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all grant and tribal requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring professional experience in early childhood development and family services, especially within underserved or tribal communities, and demonstrate a passion for working with low‑income families of children ages 0–5. They will be skilled at building partnerships, leading staff, and adapting evidence‑based models to meet the unique needs of the tribal community.
