Job summary

Qualifications

  • NLN-accredited LPN program completed and NJ licensure active.
  • 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience; home care or hospice a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Care: implement care plans under RN direction to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Empower Patients: assist with preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
