Qualifications

• Minimum of associate’s degree in human services, Social work, Child Development, Education or related field.
• Experience working with culturally diverse communities and ability to be sensitive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality home visiting services to families.
• Strengthen parent-child relationships and achieve positive child health outcomes.
• Support families referred by Child Protective Services.
