Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience with difficult sticks preferred.
• Experience providing care in patients’ homes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes within assigned area.
• Perform blood draws and vitals; support wellness visits.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label and transport specimens for lab processing.
• Maintain supplies and organize daily schedule.
