Job summary

Sprinter Health seeks compassionate healthcare professionals to bring preventive and diagnostic services to patients at home. You’ll travel within your assigned area, performing blood draws, vitals, and wellness support, using Sprinter technology to document visits.

Ideal candidates have phlebotomy skills, a valid driver's license, and experience in home healthcare. We offer guaranteed daily hours, mileage reimbursement, company-paid premiums, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills with experience in challenging sticks.
• Home healthcare experience as MA/LPN/LVN in home preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. to arrive at first patient on time.
• Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads.
• Ability to meet applicable state certification or licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for day with schedule review, supplies, and PPE.
• Travel to patients' homes in assigned area.
• Provide blood draws, vitals, height/weight, urine collection, wellness support.
• Use phlebotomy skills to ensure comfortable draws.
• Create a warm, professional home visit experience.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off/shipment.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedule between patients.
